Various roles available we are looking for a Shop Assistant Gatehouse Attendant and Recovery Attendant to join our Team About Us Outlook is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to building an inclusive society. We operate through two key divisions : Community Services which provides life skills in-home care and community access support and Social Enterprise which creates employment opportunities for people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Key responsibilities Customers service providing our customers with a unique shopping experience Processing sales manage inventory for resale Breaking down unsaleable items to maximise material recovery. Operating a computerised system to log waste transactions (i-weigh) Handling cash and processing EFT transactions Assisting customers with inquiries related to waste disposal and recycling Providing assistance in other area of the waste facility such as the recycling drop off and waste transfer station sites What we are looking for Basic computer skills (mandatory) Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills Forklift licence A commitment to safety and teamwork Experience in customer service or waste management is desirable but not essential Full training provided for the right candidate A passion for sustainability and recycling Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliability and punctuality to support a busy team.
