Our Marine Tourism team is expanding and we have a number of exciting opportunities for vibrant people to join our team in Cairns. The Role Proficiency in Korean, Mandarin or Japanese is desirable for this role. Our Cruise Attendants are customer focused people who are passionate about creating an enjoyable and quality experience for all guests on board our vessels. Your day would be filled with greeting and assisting clients on board, food preparation and presentation, presentation of vessels and general cleaning duties, bar service, assisting with securing vessel and ordering stock. We are looking for motivated Cruise Attendants with a sense of humor, passionate about marine tourism and have some – if not all – of the below: Fun, friendly and customer service focused Safety focused Team player, who can work well within a demanding environment High level of personal presentation Available for shifts on weekends and public holidays Previous Cruise Attendant/Hospitality services experience an advantage Serious Stuff We take our team and guests safety seriously, so you will require: Food Safety Certificate (I’M ALERT) Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (HLTAID009) Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) Provide advanced resuscitation and oxygen therapy (HLTAID015 - Desirable) Bronze Medallion or Rescue Diver qualifications (Desirable) How to Apply?
