Workshop Coordinator & Service Advisor Full‑time | Opposite Lock 4x4 Townsville Opposite Lock Townsville is expanding, and we’re looking for a switched‑on, customer‑focused Workshop Coordinator & Service Advisor to join our team About the Role You’ll be the friendly face of our busy Townsville workshop – greeting customers, writing up jobs, ordering parts, freight coordination, coordinating our fitters and mechanics, running morning and afternoon customer procedures, and making sure every vehicle leaves tougher, safer, and ready for the tracks. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and discuss their 4x4 accessory, servicing and repair needs Write clear and accurate job cards and provide upfront pricing Schedule and coordinate workshop bookings (suspensions, bull bars, winches, dual batteries, GVM upgrades, servicing, repairs etc.) Keep customers updated on progress and any additional work required Order parts and manage stock with our suppliers Follow up after every job (quality‑check calls and future bookings) Invoice customers and process payments Freight handling – receive goods Keep the customer lounge and front counter spotless and professional What You Bring Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Workshop Controller or Coordinator (4x4, automotive or similar industry ideal) Real passion for 4x4 vehicles and the off‑road lifestyle Strong customer‑service skills – you love solving problems and building rapport Excellent organisation and the ability to keep multiple jobs running smoothly Good technical understanding of 4x4 accessories and modifications Computer skills (Workshop Software experience is a bonus) Current driver’s licence What We Offer Above‑award wages Ongoing training (including Opposite Lock product training) Staff discounts on all the best 4x4 gear Great team culture – we work hard and have a laugh Secure, long‑term role with a nationally recognised 4x4 brand How to Apply How to Apply: Email your resume and a quick note about why you’d be perfect for the role to: ****@townsville.oppositelock.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
