About Your Opportunity As the Customer Service Advisor (Cross Channel), you will: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of procedures, processes and required services to enable service interactions across various customer channels (phone, online, face‑to‑face). Deliver government services including licensing, registration and other products through multiple communication channels, enabling customers to complete requests efficiently. Assess customer needs and provide appropriate information, directing customers to the appropriate service channel and referring them to specialist services or locations where necessary. Navigate multiple systems and databases to conduct operational and administrative tasks to support efficient service delivery, including collecting remittances, reconciling banking transactions and daily remittances. Work collaboratively as an effective team member to achieve key team and individual performance targets, supporting team activities and providing coaching or training to other advisors and trainees when required.
