With 10 clinics nationally and a rapidly growing eCommerce channel, The Skin Bar is entering its next phase of scale and we’re looking for a Head of Marketing to help architect that future with us. We exist to challenge outdated ideals and shift the conversation away from filters, injectables, and quick fixes, instead prioritising results driven, non-toxic treatments that empower women to feel confident in their own skin. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute an end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with brand positioning and business growth targets Own and deliver performance against key marketing KPIs, including customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and ROI Oversee integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, influencer, PR, and product launches Drive audience growth across all brand social media platforms through strategic content and campaign planning Strengthen brand presence and customer engagement at every touchpoint, ensuring consistency and impact Lead, mentor, and grow the internal marketing team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture Analyze marketing data and audience behavior to inform decisions, optimise campaign performance, and uncover new growth opportunities Create and maintain a data-led marketing calendar, informed by industry trends, seasonal moments, and performance insights Identify and execute opportunities to increase market share, brand awareness, and customer lifetime value Working closely with the founder to create strategies that supports growth for her personal brand ,alongside the growth of The Skin Bar About You Demonstrated success in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
