The Role The Head of Marketing will lead Mint’s marketing strategy, brand, and communications across all markets. This role is accountable for positioning Mint at the forefront of travel and industry‑focused payments, amplifying customer advocacy, building strong partner relationships, and scaling marketing capability to support growth. Sitting on the leadership team, you’ll shape Mint’s marketing vision and execution, partner with Sales, Product, and external associations, and ensure the company tells a clear, consistent, and compelling story in every channel. While strategic in scope, this role remains hands‑on and requires a B2B marketing generalist who can set direction while executing with precision. Key Responsibilities Own Mint’s overall marketing strategy, positioning, and brand presence in travel and payments. Act as a member of the leadership team, shaping company direction, priorities, and growth. Build and lead a capable marketing team and agency/partner ecosystem. Build awareness of Mint as the leading travel payments specialist and expand into new verticals. Drive PR, media, and storytelling initiatives that highlight customer success and innovation. Leverage customer advocacy and case studies to create a credible and differentiated voice in market. Strengthen relationships with partners, trade associations, ISVs, and networks through co‑marketing and joint campaigns. Manage Mint’s participation in conferences, trade shows, and industry events – from sponsorship and messaging to stand execution. Equip Sales with consistent messaging, campaigns, and enablement tools to shorten sales cycles and improve conversion. Lead product marketing, ensuring value propositions, go‑to‑market launches, and competitive positioning are clear and compelling. Oversee content marketing, including whitepapers, webinars, case studies, video, and digital campaigns. Drive a data‑led approach to measuring marketing performance, ROI, and continuous optimisation. Manage the marketing budget and report on performance to the CEO and Board. What We’re Looking For 10+ years’ B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership within fintech, SaaS or payments. Demonstrated success building marketing functions and leading across multiple markets. Deep understanding of payments, fintech or travel ecosystems. Strength in brand building, PR, and partner/association marketing. Ability to lead, mentor and uplift team capability. Hands‑on generalist with the ability to execute as well as lead. Excellent storytelling, communication, and commercial acumen. Data‑driven, outcomes‑focused, and comfortable reporting at Board level. Why Join Mint?
