Senior Hair Stylist

Calling all experienced hair stylists The Cutting Garden in Woodvale, is seeking a talented Senior Hair Stylist to join our growing team on a part-time or casual basis. As a senior member of our salon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services to our loyal clientele while also mentoring and guiding our junior stylists. What you’ll be doing Providing a full range of hair styling services, including cuts, colours, treatments and updos Consulting with clients to understand their hair care needs and desired look Recommending and applying the most suitable hair products and techniques Sharing your expertise to train and develop our junior hair stylists Maintaining a clean and organised work station Contributing to a positive, customer-focused salon environment What we’re looking for Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon setting Formal qualification in hairdressing or styling (e.g. Certificate III in Hairdressing) Strong technical skills in a wide range of hair styling techniques Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Flexible and adaptable, with a passion for the hair and beauty industry About us The Cutting Garden is a renowned hair and beauty salon located in the heart of Woodvale, WA.
