Senior Safety Advisor – Camps Living Services Ventia | East Perth, Western Australia, Australia Shape the Future of Safety and Quality – Join Ventia as a SHEQ (Safety, Health Environment and Quality) Advisor Salary: $120,000 - $125,000 plus super Ventia is looking for a Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Advisor to champion safety, health, environment and quality across our Living Services and Rig & Well Services contracts. This is your chance to make a real impact in diverse environments—from drilling rigs to permanent camps—while building strong relationships with operational teams. About The Role As a key member of the management team, you’ll do the following: Travel to camps in WA, QLD and SA, including: Rig & Well Services: Workover and drilling rig camps in QLD and SA, Cooper Basin and WA. Beach Energy: Permanent villages in SA, Cooper Basin (ongoing and campaign‑based operations) Lead SHEQ compliance and food safety audits. Coach and mentor teams to embed best practices. What We’re Looking For Food safety expertise and HACCP knowledge. HACCP Australia Certified Auditor (or willingness to complete post‑hire). Experience in remote and isolated work environments (preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Tertiary qualifications in WHS, Environmental or equivalent.
