Safety Advisor – Rigs & Wells | Barrow Island, WA Join a team where collaboration, integrity, and ingenuity drive everything we do. Ventia’s Rigs & Wells division is seeking experienced and self‑motivated Safety Advisors to join our Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) team. This client‑facing role is pivotal to supporting our land rig workover activities on Barrow Island, WA, and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a culture that puts safety and health above all else. You’ll be part of a team that achieves more together, builds strong relationships across all levels, and brings the best of Ventia to our clients and communities. This is a casual ongoing position working a 2:2 roster with 12‑hour shifts, including adhoc night shift. Flights from Perth, accommodation, meals, PPE, and a company vehicle for work‑related travel are all provided. Pay Pay rate: $659.00 – $900.00 per day (flat rate incl. casual loading, based on experience) Why Join Us?
