Our brand is growing fast, and we're now launching our first flagship cafe location on the southern end of the Gold Coast. A space that reflects everything we stand for: quality, community, and connection. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Head Barista / Café Manager to take the lead and bring this vision to life. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding service Oversee coffee quality, equipment calibration, and training of barista staff Manage ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships Build, coach, and inspire a strong, high-performing team culture Maintain a consistent standard of excellence across every shift Work closely with the founder and roastery team to grow the café's impact Contribute ideas to drive efficiency, profitability, and customer engagement Skills & Experience: Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a leadership or café management role within specialty coffee Deep understanding of espresso, extraction, and milk techniques Strong operational and organisational skills (rostering, ordering, cost control) Proven ability to lead by example and motivate teams under pressure Confident communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment Experience with POS systems (Square/Shopify preferred) and basic P&L knowledge Passion for coffee, people, and building genuine customer relationships Food safety certification must be obtained within 3 months of commencing the role What We Offer: Full-time salaried role with competitive pay + significant financial incentives when performance goals are met.
