Seeking a Sport Coordinator We are seeking an energetic and highly organised Sports Coordinator to drive the Associated Grammar Schools of Victoria (AGSV) and broader secondary sports program across Plenty Campus and University this newly created role you will play a key part in building a strong and sustainable sporting culture coordinating scheduling logistics transport staffing and compliance and supporting major sporting events assemblies and awards. This is an ongoing full-time term-time only position (Monday to Friday 9:00am-4:30pm plus Saturdays 7:00am-12:00pm during term) commencing in November 2025 or January 2026. What you will do The Sport Coordinator is a key member of the Professional Services community. Reporting to the Director of Sport you will work closely with campus leadership and the Co-Curricular Secretary Sport to coordinate and deliver a high-quality AGSV and inter-school sports program across Plenty Campus and University Campus. In this role you will : Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of AGSV and School sport programs across two campuses Manage scheduling transport logistics staffing communications and risk documentation Liaise with the Sports and Campusleadership teams to support fixtures meetings assemblies and sports awards Attend and oversee Saturday AGSV fixtures during term ensuring smooth game-day operations Build strong relationships across both campus sporting communities and contribute to continuous program improvement Who you are You are an energetic organised and collaborative professional with a passion for school sport.
