Shamrock Civil Engineering is a reputable mid‑tier civil construction contractor with well‑established connections in the civil construction industry. With ongoing work and a strong focus on safety, this position represents the opportunity to work amongst a welcoming and supportive team environment. We are currently seeking a Project Engineer with a minimum of 5+ years' experience. You will be based in Townsville, reporting directly to the Project Manager, and can look forward to duties that include but are not limited to: Responsibilities Liaising with the client and Project Manager to organise inspections of the works. Pricing variations in a timely and accurate fashion as requested by the Project Manager. Ensuring all documentation from site is recorded and documented. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years' experience in Civil Construction. Qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Possession of QLD (C) class driver's licence. Previous experience and knowledge in earthworks, in-ground services and pavement projects. Excellent attitude towards safety. Good level of computer literacy. Ability to work effectively as a team member. Strong written and oral communication skills.
