Roberts & Morrow Technology – Townsville QLD An exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Project Delivery Engineer to join a leading, Australian-based IT Managed Services Provider. We are looking to add an experienced IT Project Delivery Engineer to support our growth, based in any of our three office locations - Thornton NSW, Townsville QLD, or Armidale NSW. We offer: Permanent, full time role Hybrid work conditions An inclusive and supportive workplace environment Training support, including immediate base salary increases upon completion of relevant certifications Quarterly bonuses, up to 10% of base salary Professional Services allowance of $1,500 per year for use on accounting, financial planning, and legal requirements Health & wellbeing annual allowance About the role: As an RMT Project Delivery Engineer, you will work on and manage projects independently, showing high levels of initiative and autonomy. Given the varied nature of project delivery within an MSP environment, strong competency is required within each of the following areas/platforms: Advanced network design and troubleshooting Enterprise routers and switches, namely Cisco Merak and HPE Aruba Microsoft platforms - Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Teams / Teams Phone, Security and Compliance platforms Microsoft Azure, including migration from on-premises systems to Cloud and virtual networking Enterprise Wireless security Advanced object-oriented firewalls Project scoping, planning, and implementation including adherence to budget, scope, and quality delivery requirements Co-ordinating and managing third-party providers, as needed Providing high level assistance to the Service Team for complex tasks Creating and updating technical documentation Providing input into client systems enhancements and business improvement About you: As an RMT Project Delivery Engineer, you will join a team of experienced, certified engineers. You will have: Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT project delivery-focused role, ideally within an MSP environment A high-level understanding of IT principles across Microsoft Azure, Office 365, IP networks and server virtualisation High level security knowledge is desirable Relevant industry certification, namely Microsoft and Cisco Familiarity with the Essential 8 Maturity Framework security guidelines Experience with the use of PSA and RMM platforms, ideally ConnectWise & N-able N-central Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills Australian citizenship or permanent residency If you have any questions about the role before applying, please feel free to reach out to us at **********@rmt.net.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
