With offices in NSW & Victoria - they offer hybrid working with 2 days (Tuesday & Thursday) mandatory in the office p.w, but you can be based in the office in either inner-city (towards the East of Melbourne) or North-West of the Sydney's CBD. The Role Reporting directly to the CIO, you will be a hands‑on Project Manager who knows what good project management is, who can liaise with stakeholders and deal with vendors. What will stand you apart in this role is your experience with CRM's and Contact Centre, ideally Hubspot and Zendesk. Integrating Hubspot with Zendesk, but also optimising or unlocking any features that they may not be aware of. You will have a level of autonomy, but will need to be across the end‑to‑end process, including data modeling, testing etc., supported by some internal BAU resources. It is a 6 month initial contract - starting JAN 12th, 2026 until end of June, 2026, but with potential for extension and/or permanency. Skills & Experience Proven Project Management experience, specifically in CRM integration's and Contact Centre Experience with Hubspot CRM or Zendesk will be highly advantageous Demonstrated experience in managing complex technical integration projects involving multiple systems and data migration Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to address both technical and non-technical people Tertiary Degree in IT or other relevant discipline is beneficial Industry Certifications, such as Prince2 or PMI or other relevant accreditation's are advantageous Interested?
