Join us as a Modular Homes Sales Consultant servicing the beautiful South-West region of Western Australia, and take the lead in representing Summit Modular, the innovative modular offering of Summit Homes Group. With our factory-built homes delivered in as little as 16 weeks, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering smarter, faster, and high-quality housing solutions. In this dynamic role you’ll: Act as the first point of contact for prospective home-buyers, guiding them from enquiry through to handover. Showcase our modular home portfolio, customisable designs, fixed timelines and strong WA regional suitability. Understand clients’ lifestyle, site and budget needs, and develop tailored housing solutions that align with our prefab advantage. Prepare quotations, manage the pre-construction and sales process, and build enduring client relationships. Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity and land developments across regional WA to maximise your pipeline. Represent Summit Modular professionally at display homes, expos, referrals and digital channels, consistently striving to exceed monthly sales targets. This is a unique opportunity for a sales professional who wants to grow with a brand that’s redefining modern home-building in WA, combining reliability, speed and innovation. About You You’re a sales-driven professional with the ambition to align with a standout brand, and the ability to thrive in a regional role. More specifically: You’ve proven yourself in residential sales (preferably within new-homes or real estate) and are ready to bring your skills to a next-gen modular offering. You understand the building journey, from site access, approvals to construction and you’re comfortable explaining how modular delivery benefits clients (factory build, faster completion, less site disruption). You are confident in presenting floorplans, customisation options and display homes, translating features into benefits for clients. You operate autonomously and efficiently across a broad geographic region, managing your time and schedule (including after hours or weekends) to meet client needs. You hold a current driver’s licence, have a reliable vehicle and are open to regional travel. You’re well-presented, communicate clearly, negotiate deftly, and are proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
