This role would suit an experienced MPU Operator looking to develop their career in the training space. Reporting to the Training Manager, you will primarily be responsible for coordinating and delivering operational training and development, and providing face to face training support to our site based teams. You will be based primarily in our Perth Office in Welshpool, with regular travel required to our sites across WA. Core accountabilities of the role include but are not limited to: Support Regional Operations in managing their training and development requirements in line with our Training and Development framework. Work with sites to manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) records, identify gaps in training, recommend and implement plans for training and development of employees. Liaise with our HSET team to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with internal standards, regulatory obligations and contract requirements.
