About the Role El Jannah is growing rapidly, with new restaurants opening across Australia. We’re looking for a passionate Field Trainer – QSR to join our Operations team and play a key role in bringing our new sites to life. Reporting to the Franchise Training Manager, you’ll work across all areas of restaurant operations, from kitchen to counter. You’ll deliver practical, hands‑on training that builds confidence and capability in our Franchise Partners and their teams. From pre‑opening preparation to launch week execution, you’ll help ensure every restaurant opens strong and delivers the guest experience El Jannah is known for. What You’ll Do Lead operational training and onboarding for new restaurant openings Support Franchise Partners and teams across both front and back of house functions Deliver practical, on‑the‑job training focused on quality, service and safety Help develop and update training materials, videos and learning tools Build trusted relationships with restaurant teams to understand needs and skill gaps Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability and great guest experiences About You You’re passionate about developing people and building strong, high‑performing restaurant teams. You enjoy variety, travel and the fast pace of new openings, and you take pride in helping others succeed. You’re structured, approachable and love being part of a team that’s growing fast. You’ll Bring 5+ years’ experience in QSR, hospitality or restaurant operations Strong understanding of operational excellence, food safety and WHS Proven experience training or supporting teams across multiple sites Excellent communication and coaching skills A flexible mindset and genuine passion for people and performance Why El Jannah?
