We are seeking a Field Coach Trainer to support our George Street Maison in Sydney – our flagship store in ANZ. With a team of over 50 passionate professionals, this role plays a pivotal part in developing talent, elevating the client experience, and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of retail excellence. Job Responsibilities Partner with the Store Manager to identify training needs and develop tailored coaching plans. Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, including new hire inductions, product knowledge, and clienteling best practices. Coach and mentor team members to enhance individual growth and team cohesion. Collaborate with Store Management to ensure learning outcomes align with business goals. Observe and support staff on the sales floor, providing real‑time coaching to elevate client experience and performance. Monitor and ensure successful completion of training programs with full compliance. Serve as a trusted advisor to Store Managers, offering a fresh perspective and confident influence. Utilise Client Voice insights to coach individuals and address root causes of client dissatisfaction. Partner with Merchandising to integrate product knowledge with selling skills, optimising KPI performance. Maintain visibility of all training activities for Store Management, providing actionable recommendations. Identify potential training talent within the store for future development and mentoring roles. Oversee consistent onboarding and induction experiences, working closely with HR to plan proactively. Provide regular feedback to stakeholders across onboarding, induction, and ongoing development phases. Qualifications Strong experience in coaching, performance management, and training delivery within a fast‑paced retail or luxury environment. Advanced product knowledge, with the ability to translate expertise into inspiring, actionable learning moments. Proven capability in facilitation, change management, and collaboration across diverse teams. Demonstrated team management skills with a focus on developing talent and promoting inclusion and wellbeing. Exceptional interpersonal savviness, caring leadership, and the ability to adapt to different communication styles and cultures. Strong priority management and attention to detail, ensuring excellence in all aspects of training coordination and delivery. The ability to influence and engage confidently with all levels of the business. Additional Information Based in Sydney, supporting the Louis Vuitton George Street Maison. 5‑day‑a‑week in‑store role.
