PART-TIME LEAD COACH / PERSONAL TRAINER - BFT NARELLAN BFT Narellan has an opportunity for an experienced fitness professional to step into the role of Lead Coach / 2IC . In this role, you’ll become a key leader within our coaching team and an integral part of everything we do. You’ll be critical to the growth and retention of our member base. You’ll play an active role in welcoming new members, supporting their onboarding, and ensuring our existing members feel supported, challenged, and inspired. Day-to-day, you’ll deliver motivating and engaging 50-minute workouts that represent the high standards BFT is known for. As the Lead Coach / 2IC , you’ll support both the Head Coach and Studio Manager in maintaining elite coaching standards, elevating member experience, and nurturing a positive, high-energy team culture. You’ll help guide the training team to teach safe, effective, and world-class sessions—all while bringing the personality and passion that make BFT the best training experience anywhere. This role is primarily based on the floor, delivering sessions and supporting coaching operations, with a portion of administration, sales and leadership responsibilities.
