Reporting to the **Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner**, this role will work closely with operational teams including supply chain, quality, and manufacturing to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.**The Role*** Deliver month-end reporting and provide meaningful insights into Opex and Manufacturing financial performance to support decision-making.* Partner with business units to develop robust budgets and forecasts and analyse variances to drive corrective actions.* Conduct scenario analysis to assess financial risks and identify opportunities to close budget gaps.* Analyse labour productivity, including headcount, production volume, and cost drivers to ensure operational efficiency.* Support inventory provision analysis and initiatives to reduce controllable write-offs.* Contribute to standard costing development and validate operational excellence initiatives for financial impact.**Your Skills and Experience*** CPA qualified and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.* 3–5 years’ experience in accounting and finance, ideally in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or FMCG environments.* Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable insights.* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and Think Cell.* Experience with SAP S4/BPC and MS Office Suite is preferred.## **About CSL Behring**CSL Behring is a global biotherapeutics leader driven by our promise to save lives.
