Vice President of Sales

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for the Australia and New Zealand region. This role is pivotal in driving the company's mission of creating real change for clients and their industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth number, developing multi-year territory and account strategies, and leading a high-performance team to achieve and exceed sales targets. A key aspect of the role is to balance the farming of existing accounts with the acquisition of new business, particularly in the government, insurance, and banking sectors. The "VP of Sales" will also be instrumental in crafting the go-to-market strategy to ensure sustained high growth and will be expected to be a critical part of the APAC leadership team, with a strong cross-functional impact.
