What You’ll Do Own Queensland new business growth and build a targeted enterprise pipeline Hunt at senior levels: supply chain, warehouse, commercial, finance and operations Lead the entire cycle: outbound prospecting to negotiation and close Deliver strategic freight solutions tailored to complex customer environments Present integrations, visibility tools, network strength and managed service outcomes Transition new wins to onboarding and account management, while staying close to ensure satisfaction and future referrals Who You Are 5 plus years in freight, 3PL, logistics, transport or supply chain sales Proven track record of closing mid to large freight customers Experience with freight broking, carriers, multimodal, warehouse or distribution Able to navigate long-cycle enterprise deals and senior stakeholder communication Self-starter with resilience, polish, discipline and commercial urgency Your Earnings & Rewards $130K base + super + car inclusive of car allowance and super $100K OTE tied to invoiced revenue, with commissions uncapped on top of salary Commission structure rewards performance over time: the stronger your portfolio, the bigger your return Hit your numbers and you’ll be positioned as a future State Manager with a local team under you Why This Role Is Elevated You’re selling a differentiated solution customers rarely see from traditional brokers Leadership understands enterprise freight and backs hunters with real tools Queensland is a growth engine market: strategic customers, shorter door-to-door reach, strong industrial base and a lot of neglected accounts that respond to relationship-driven selling High performers move fast.
