We have opportunities for casual Enrolled Nurses working as part of our clinical care team, delivering person-centered care that enhances the wellbeing, dignity, and quality of life for our residents. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and support in line with individual care plans. Administer medications safely and accurately within scope of practice. Observe and document residents’ health, behavior, and responses to careli> Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, care staff, allied health professionals, and families. Build positive, respectful relationships with residents that promote trust and comfort. Support daily living activities while promoting independence and choice. Experience and Skills Current Enrolled Nurse (Div 2) registration with AHPRA. Experience working as an Enrolled Nurse in an aged care environment. A passion for aged care and making a difference to the lives of older people. Strong communication and teamwork. Understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
