Position Overview We’re looking for a dedicated Procurement Officer for a Fast-Moving Team on a Permanent Full-time basis based in Caringbah. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day procurement of chemicals, equipment, consumables, PPE, and packaging, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing. Source and maintain relationships with suppliers, resolving supply chain issues quickly and efficiently. Monitor stock levels, manage re-order points, and ensure timely replenishment to support smooth lab and production operations. Maintain accurate records of CoAs, SDS, product specifications, and other compliance documents. Work closely with Compounding, Pharmacist, and admin teams to support operations, including repacking and batch planning. Continuously improve procurement processes, reporting, and cost management, while supporting operational forecasting. What you will bring to our team Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — you ensure processes run smoothly and accurately. Resourcefulness and initiative; you can navigate complexity and find practical solutions with limited systems. Excellent communication and follow-through — you take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to manage suppliers, costs, and stock efficiently.
