Key Responsibilities Carry out site inspections and audits across groundworks projects. Ensure compliance with CDM HSWA and company procedures. Support the preparation and review of RAMS and other H&S documentation. Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and on-site training. Lead or support accident/incident investigations and reporting. Engage with site teams and subcontractors to promote a positive safety culture. Keep up to date with legislation and provide practical advice to project teams. Qualifications & Experience NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) - essential. Experience in groundworks, civil engineering, or new build housing. Strong understanding of UK health & safety legislation and CDM. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. What’s on Offer? Competitive salary. Generous car allowance. Pension.
