Aboutthe Positions Full-timeongoing positions CommencingJanuary 2026 As anEarly Childhood Co-Educator, you will work collaboratively within acohesive team to deliver high-quality care and an interest-basedcurriculum for children aged from infants to 5 years. You will playa vital role in fostering children's development across physical,social, emotional, and cognitive domains, while upholding thevalues and philosophy of Lauriston Girls’ School. KeyResponsibilities Supportthe implementation of play-based and inquiry-led learningprograms Assistwith supervision, transitions, and daily routines includinglunch and rest periods Buildpositive relationships with children, families, andcolleagues Maintaina safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment Contributeto observations and documentation of children’slearning Upholdconfidentiality and child safety standards Theideal candidate will have: AnUnderstanding of child safety and wellbeingpractices ValidWorking with Children Check and Police Check FirstAid certification Earlychildhood qualifications in line with ACECQAguidelines Abilityto work independently and as part of a team Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills Empathy,flexibility, and initiative BenefitsInclude: Generousemployment conditions Supportiveteam StaffProfessional Development Freeparking onsite, close to public transport Pleaserefer to the Position Description for details of theposition.
