We have a committed team and a fantastic future. Top Cut Foods are seeking a top performing Batch Cook to join our production team at our Currumbin location. Ideal candidates will be physically fit, comfortable working as part of a team environment and able to maintain consistent attendance. All candidates must be self‑motivated and have a reliable form of transport. There is opportunity to earn penalty rates for working overtime. Become part of a dynamic team that brings culinary vision to life, delivering joy and deliciousness. Typical tasks: Preparation, measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients to correct specification. Follow instructions and recipes. Adhere to hygiene and safety standards. Maintain a clean workspace. Have previous experience in machine operation – industrial kitchen, highly regarded. All other ad‑hoc tasks as directed. To be considered: Clear and concise verbal communication skills. Comprehend written instructions and recipes from the company when putting together ingredients and starting a new batch of products. HACCP ideal and understand safe food handling skills. Capable of working in a humid work environment. Good numeracy and literacy. Must be physically capable. Experience working in food production or in an industrial kitchen i.e.‑ Chef, cook and or have retail food experience (KFC, McDonalds, or Hungry Jacks), ideal.
