About AI Paralegal - Zero-Config CRM AI Paralegal - Zero-Config CRM is a member of the ATI group of companies – the leading provider of Legal Practice Management Solutions in the world. Over a 30‑year period we have expanded across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand and support more than 70,000 lawyers and their staff in small and medium‑sized law firms. We owe our success to our curiosity and commitment to our guiding purpose, to ‘Help lawyers who help people'. We’re part of the brand-new “AI Paralegal” initiative – building the future of legal practice technology. Our “Zero‑Config CRM” team is focused on the “business of law” component: a next‑generation, agent‑first CRM built specifically for legal practices. We're combining 30+ years of legal domain expertise, proprietary content and playbooks, with modern AI agent frameworks to create something that simply works – zero configuration, instant value, proactive intelligence. What You'll Do You will be the founding product leader for this initiative, working directly with Roey Chasman, Co‑Founder and former CTO of Lawmatics, a globally operated legal CRM. Lead discovery with lawyers, practice managers, and firm owners to understand their daily workflows and uncover where CRM and intake processes break down Use your law firm experience to interpret feedback, identify real needs, and define features that fit naturally into practice operations Translate customer insights into clear product decisions for the Prospect tab and the core Zero Config CRM experience Partner with engineering and design to create simple, automatic workflows that reduce manual effort and support consistent follow‑through Shape the behaviour of the proactive CRM agent by grounding its actions and recommendations in real practice needs Work closely with the Family Vertical and LEAP First to run early pilots, gather structured feedback, and validate product direction Visit firms and speak with customers regularly to test assumptions and refine product decisions Identify opportunities for the CRM to unify scattered LEAP workflows into one coherent and intuitive surface Define and track early success measures based on real firm outcomes such as visibility, organization, and reduced administrative effort Contribute to the early go‑to‑market plan for pilot firms and help prepare the product for broader release What You'll Bring We ideally need someone who's lived the lawyer experience and can spot the real problems vs the surface issues.
