About the Role: As a Community Clinical Manager, where you'll energise, guide, and develop your team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care across your region. You'll play a key role in shaping a connected, positive, and supportive community for every client you serve. Bring your excellent communication and leadership skills to the forefront as you advise clients on their clinical needs, complete in-home assessments, and ensure care plans meet lifestyle goals, package requirements, and organisational standards - all while championing compliance and quality. With your background in training and developing clinical teams, you'll lead with collaboration, identify growth opportunities, and empower your staff to excel and continuously improve.
