Since we've been delivering high‑value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors. FinXL is seeking a Workday Consultant (Technical & Functional) to join our consulting team for a high‑impact, short‑term advisory engagement with a leading Scientific Research client. Initially, this would be 3‑4 weeks of work, with potential for further work based on the roadmap you help define. Responsibilities Act as a key Technical and Functional Advisor on Workday Assess current Workday utilisation across HCM and Financial Reporting (ERP) Evaluate the existing use of Workday for Project Management Conduct stakeholder engagement and detailed process analysis Provide strategic recommendations on leveraging the Workday platform Identify opportunities to optimise workflows Advise the client on getting the most value from their Workday investment Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as a senior, seasoned Workday consultant Strong expertise across both functional and technical aspects of Workday Specific subject matter expertise in Workday Financials and HCM Must be based in Brisbane and able to work on‑site Excellent stakeholder engagement and advisory skills Why Join FinXL?
