Signarama Wetherill Park is a family-owned and locally operated business dedicated to helping Sydney businesses stand out through high-quality signage, printing, and visual branding solutions. Since October 2024, we have proudly served the community by combining local insight with over 30 years of global expertise from the United Franchise Group. We specialize in creating customized solutions such as shopfront signs, vehicle wraps, wall graphics, promotional displays, and more, delivering products that are on-brand, on time, and built to last. Our mission is to support businesses in gaining visibility and building trust through exceptional branding solutions. Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager to join our team in Sydney, NSW. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for strategizing and implementing plans to increase client acquisition, building and nurturing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and driving revenue growth. The role will also involve collaborating with our design and production teams to meet client needs and ensure seamless delivery of projects. Maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and providing excellent customer service will be critical aspects of success in this role. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management roles Strong understanding of signage, printing, or branding industries, with knowledge of products such as vehicle wraps, shopfront signage, banners, and window detailing Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships Proficiency in strategizing and implementing sales and marketing plans, and identifying business growth opportunities Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design and production, to deliver client projects Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Proficiency with relevant tools and software, such as CRM platforms, is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
