The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Product Specialist to join our Queensland team. Based in Brisbane, this full‑time role offers the flexibility of working from home while engaging with clients and partners throughout the region. In this role, you’ll make a meaningful difference every day – understanding the needs of people living with disabilities, recommending suitable rehabilitation, mobility and adaptive equipment, and helping them achieve greater independence. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients, carers and therapists to assess needs and recommend suitable equipment. Demonstrate, quote and coordinate delivery of assistive technology products. Provide outstanding customer service, follow‑up and technical support. Build and maintain strong relationships with therapists, healthcare professionals and service providers. Troubleshoot product or technical issues to ensure excellent outcomes. Meet or exceed sales KPIs, budgets and performance targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery. About You You are a proactive, customer‑focused professional who thrives on helping others and building meaningful relationships. You combine empathy with commercial awareness and have a genuine desire to improve the lives of people living with disabilities. To Succeed in this Role, You Will Have: A customer‑centric mindset – you genuinely care about delivering the best possible outcomes. Strong ability to manage customer expectations with professionalism and empathy. A genuine desire to help others using your knowledge and expertise. A well‑presented, professional and courteous manner. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and face‑to‑face. Outstanding time management and prioritisation skills. Experience achieving KPIs, budgets and sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes (Excel, Word, Outlook). Valid driver’s licence. Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain). Current Police Check. NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain). Proof of working rights in Australia. Experience in the healthcare, rehabilitation or assistive technology sector and familiarity with the NDIS – highly regarded. What We Offer Competitive salary + Incentives.
