Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Canberra, with the flexibility to work both on-site and from home. As a Client Services Manager (Owner Relations), you will oversee relationships with property owners, ensuring high client satisfaction by managing inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely solutions. You will analyze performance metrics, support property optimization strategies, and collaborate with various teams to maintain exceptional customer service standards. Qualifications Strong background in Customer Satisfaction and Client Services to manage and maintain positive owner relationships. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address inquiries and provide prompt, effective support. Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate property performance, identify improvement areas, and contribute to strategic decision-making. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines efficiently. Experience in short-term property management or the hospitality industry is an advantage.
