Job Type: Permanent | Full time Job Description Our client, ERINFAIR PTY LTD T/AS Bunbury Farmers Markets, is currently seeking experienced Butchers to join their kitchen team at two locations: Glen Iris (Bunbury Farmers Markets) and Vasse (Vasse Village by Bunbury Farmers Market). Responsibilities Cuts, trims, tenderizes, and grinds meat using various equipment. Maintains equipment for daily use. Cleans and sanitizes work area and equipment throughout the workday. Assists with wrapping meat, stocking the meat case, and arranging the display case. Assesses production needs and rotates merchandise. Follows proper safety procedures and standards. Maintains the sales area. Complies with health code by following sanitation standards and maintaining proper temperatures. Qualifications & Experience All relevant experience will be considered. Applicants with a relevant Australian trade certificate or qualification/training will be considered for less experience. Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude and ability to work well in a team. Ability to excel under pressure in a high-volume environment with excellent problem-solving skills. Well-developed communication and team skills. Attention to detail with a focus on consistency. Salary The annual salary is $75,000 - $80,000, commensurate with qualifications, skills, & experience.
