Roles Available Retail Butchers Wholesale Butchers Portion Cutters 2IC (Second‑In‑Charge) Positions The Opportunity This is more than a job – it's a career with security, respect, and progression . You'll work with a tight‑knit, no‑nonsense crew in a professional environment where quality comes first. ✔ Early starts = early finishes✔ Overtime available (paid properly)✔ Clear pathways into 2IC and leadership roles ✔ Job stability in a growing, respected company Key Responsibilities Portion cutting and trimming to exact order specs Retail and wholesale butchery & preparation Packing, dispatch, and stock control in chilled/frozen environments HACCP & food safety compliance Cold room and inventory management Supporting team operations and stepping up as 2IC when required Meeting production targets without compromising on quality What We're Looking For Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents (no sponsorships) Butchery or meat processing experience (retail or wholesale) Minimum 3+ years of butchery or meat processing experience required Certificate III in Meat Processing (preferred but not essential) Strong knife skills & pride in your craft Fit, reliable, and capable of working in chilled environments Straightforward, team‑first attitude – willing to work hard and grow Do not apply if you are not currently living in Australia.
