You’ll be tasked with being proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership’s customer base.Much like the commitment we have to our customers, we will commit to you though enabling your ability to meet key sales targets within a growth-oriented team environment.**What we need from you:*** Previous automotive sales experience (Experience with prestige automotive brands will be looked upon favourably)* Strong customer service skills* A team first mentality coupled with a strong work ethic* Excellent communication and time management skills* A proven track record of achieving sales targets* A commitment to grow with the brand and company* Well-presented and charismatic with an understanding and appreciation for the luxury market* A pro-active, positive and professional approach to achieving sales objectives* A current driver's licenceCastle Hill BMW is more than just a dealership—it’s part of something bigger.
