Stay flexible and proactive, adapting to training, rosters, and kitchen needs. Ideal candidate has Fine dining or luxury 5-star experience. A passion and a heart for Hospitality and Culinary is essential. Excellent communications skills whilst able to work in a busy environment, fast-paced environment.
