An exciting new Dispensary Technician position is available at Pindara Private Hospital. This is Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract position on a rotating roster which includes weekend shifts. As the Dispensary Technician , you’ll be supervised by a qualified pharmacist as you prepare medications and process prescriptions for our valued patients & customers. Assist the Pharmacist with the dispensing of medication. Remain up to date with PBS legislative requirements impacting the pharmacy/dispensary. Strive to provide specialised patient care to our valued patients and customers. We are seeking someone with the following attributes or experience minimum Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy. excellent understanding of PBS and private prescription pricing and processing. sound understanding of S2, S3 and S4 medications and associated regulations. highly organized and with a strong attention to detail. excellent customer service skills and able to work well as part of a team. experience in clinical trials and/or oncology is highly desirable. You must be focused on customer service and able to demonstrate enthusiasm, energy and excellent communication skills.
