All are leaders in their field, distributing a wide array of products to several markets and many customers nationally. Rushmore has been in business since 2001 and employs over 180 people across Australia and New Zealand. THE ROLE We are recruiting for the position of Systems & Admin Officer based at our Head Office in Glendenning in Western Sydney. The position joins our existing Administration team and reports to the Admin Manager. As part of your day-to-day functions, you will: Maintain the company’s ERP database. Provide and maintain price file data for use in analysis and published price lists. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks. Provide reporting and analytics. THE PERSON Proven successful performance in a similar role. Strong computer knowledge, including all Microsoft Office applications with at least 2 years’ experience and a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel - including pivot tables. Strong attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate and present effectively, building rapport and developing relationships with all company stakeholders. Exceptional multi-tasking, planning and time management ability, with a focus on meeting deadlines. THE BENEFITS Market leading brands. Strong long-term existing leadership team.
