Responsibilities Lead and expand sales within the Victorian workers compensation market, driving revenue growth for DXC. Drive organisational growth, refine delivery models, and ensure overall account success. Uphold and embody DXC’s values and leadership standards, fostering a culture of excellence. Qualifications Extensive background within workers compensation, particularly in roles that drive growth and build development strategies. Extensive customer‑relationship experience – deep expertise in understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. Commercial acumen and growth focus – strong ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within a customer portfolio. Adaptability and problem‑solving – proactive in navigating challenges and adjusting to evolving customer demands in dynamic, fast‑paced environments. Effective communication and influence – skilled in engaging stakeholders at all levels, ensuring DXC’s value proposition is compelling and well‑articulated. Data‑driven decision‑making – strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics, identify key trends, and develop strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.
