Job description Troocoo is partnering with our client to appoint a Contract Manager to lead their contracts team. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role will oversee a broad range of contracts and manage the full lifecycle of high-value and high-risk agreements. Key Responsibilities Lead a small team managing a portfolio of complex, high-value service agreements, ensuring strong commercial and operational outcomes. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of key agreements. Draft and coordinate new supplier agreements, amendments and breach notices. Liaise with contractors to ensure compliance with contract terms, licences and insurance requirements. Monitor key contractual milestones and elevate any performance or compliance concerns. Coordinate contract audits and support regular reporting requirements. Identify and mitigate risks associated with contractual agreements. Monitor and report on cost, timelines and progress to stakeholders. Support ongoing improvements to contract management systems and processes. Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers on all contract-related matters. About You Proven experience leading and mentoring a team. Proven experience as a Contract Manager, Procurement Specialist or similar role. Background in contract tendering, awarding, management, stakeholder engagement and dispute resolution. Strong skills in interpreting, reviewing and drafting contractual agreements. Excellent attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
