Flexible start and finish times, work from home 2 + days a week Shape experiences across a diverse portfolio of industrial and logistics assets Work on a prestigious key client account; Charter Hall The Opportunity CBRE is seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the operations and service delivery across a portfolio of industrial and logistics assets on the prestigious Charter Hall account. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-profile, supported, client-focused role, with a strong emphasis on tenant satisfaction & maintaining high-performing assets. This role is a 12 month parental leave cover that gives you the opportunity to join a high performing team and gain exposure to a key client account. You’ll have the opportunity to work from home 2+ days a week, set your own hours and experience true work life balance Key Responsibilities Deliver superior service and tenant engagement through effective communication and relationship management. Oversee daily building operations, ensuring cost-effective and compliant facilities management. Manage budgets, procurement, financial reporting, and operating expenditure. Ensure risk management, WHS, safety audits, and inspections are completed to the highest standard. Manage and coordinate service providers including cleaning, security, and maintenance contractors. About You Proven experience managing industrial, retail or commercial property facilities. Strong customer focus with a passion for stakeholder engagement. Excellent financial and budgeting skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Contractor management expertise in a performance-driven environment.
