Bid Coordinator & Content Writer We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator & Content Writer to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines strategic bid management with creative content development, supporting our business growth across mechanical and fire engineering services. You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating the end-to-end bid process while crafting compelling, technically accurate, and brand‑aligned content that showcases our expertise and capabilities. Key Responsibilities Bid Management Lead the coordination, development, and submission of high‑quality bids, proposals, and tenders. Manage bid timelines, stakeholder inputs, and compliance with client requirements. Facilitate bid kick‑off meetings, reviews, and post‑submission debriefs. Maintain a bid library and templates for efficient reuse and consistency. Content Writing & Brand Storytelling Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for proposals, capability statements, case studies, etc. Develop content that aligns with brand tone, voice, and strategic messaging. Translate technical jargon into clear, client‑focused narratives. Support digital content creation for website, social media, and internal communications. Ensure all written materials reflect the company's values, expertise, and innovation. About You Proven experience in bid coordination, proposal writing, or content development—ideally in engineering, construction, or professional services. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong grasp of grammar and tone. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders. Strong project management and organisational skills. Creative mindset with a strategic approach to communication. Creative thinker with a passion for clear, persuasive communication. Highly organised and detail‑oriented. Collaborative and confident working across teams and disciplines. Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑focused.
