As the Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day site operations from structure through to finishes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of safety and quality. You’ll lead a team of site supervisors, trades, and subcontractors while collaborating closely with Project Managers and Engineers. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all on‑site activities across structure, façade, and finishes stages. Oversee subcontractor performance, productivity, and quality of workmanship. Maintain strong site safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS standards. Drive construction programs to meet key project milestones and deadlines. Liaise with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting. Manage variations, RFIs, and assist in short‑term programming. Mentor and support junior site staff to promote team growth and development. About You Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager (or Senior Site Foreman ready to step up). Proven track record delivering apartment, mixed‑use, or multi‑residential projects valued $10M–$80M+. Background with a reputable or established builder preferred. Solid knowledge of construction sequencing, safety, and compliance within Class 2 environments. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
