Point Parking manages the car park operations for Pacific Fair in Broadbeach and currently have a number of positions available for Valet& Car Park Attendants to join our Car Park Operations Team. These roles require an exceptional focus on providing a superior customer service experience for our customers and relationship management within the Pacific Fair team. Responsibilities Delivering exceptional five star service to all customers and retailers; Maintaining and building working relationships with all areas of services and management on site; Taking pride and ownership of all tasks being attended to; Ensuring the car park is clean, safe and operates efficiently at all times; Monitoring traffic management within the car park; Reporting incidents and events accurately; Ensuring that car park's standard operating procedures and processes are followed at all times and that the company values are always upheld. Qualifications Have demonstrated experience in a customer service position; Be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service; Have immaculate personal presentation; Be able to communicate clearly and fluently in English; Able to learn new systems and procedures quickly; Be reliable, enthusiastic and have strong communications skills; Need to pass a police record check; Have a full unrestricted, Australian manual drivers licence; Have availability to work both weekdays & weekend; and Previous experience working in a managed car park environment and/or 5 star Hospitality environment would be highly regarded In addition to standard award employment conditions (Car Parking Award 2020), you will receive uniforms and appropriate training. Shifts will range from morning to afternoon, 7 days a week including public holidays. Successful candidates will be subject to the completion of a satisfactory police and QLD Driving Record checks.
