Content Producer - Hogarth Sydney Join to apply for the Content Producer - Hogarth Sydney role at Hogarth Hogarth is the Global Content Production Company and part of WPP. We partner with over 200 of the world’s top 100 brands, including Coca‑Cola, Ford, Rolex, Nestlé, Mondelez and Dyson. With a breadth of experience across a wide range of sectors, we deliver relevant, engaging and measurable content across all channels and media – both established and emerging. Our global team of more than 7,500 craft and technology experts brings together creative, production and innovation to help clients navigate today’s evolving content landscape. Overview Hogarth is looking for a passionate and proactive Content Producer to join our dynamic Content Studios department. This role is critical for scoping and delivering diverse content projects, guiding them from client brief through creation, making and optimisation stages. You will manage a wide range of small to medium‑scale projects across retail, stills, video, OOH, digital, post‑production and VFX – in both studio and location environments. RESPONSIBILITIES Take client briefs and oversee the end‑to‑end production of content projects, from inception to optimisation. Manage a diverse portfolio of content, including Retail, Stills, Video, OOH, digital, post‑production and VFX, executed in both studio and location settings. Oversee and support moderate to complex productions, ensuring a high standard of documentation and output across editing, colour grading, audio recording/mixing, packaging and delivery. Ensure client briefs are scoped and estimated accurately and on time, resolving any project clashes efficiently. Interrogate and manage the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders regarding all aspects of project delivery (costs, timings, quality of output, change requests, risks). Develop timing plans, estimates and budget trackers for individual projects, monitoring progress against key milestones daily/weekly. Ensure timely review and approval of timelines, estimates and scope of work for new projects by senior production leads. Actively manage and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, escalating to senior production leads when necessary. Monitor project burn rates and proactively flag any overruns, supporting post‑project reconciliations and reporting of projected vs. actual time/budget/profitability. Ensure projects within your remit are delivered profitably through accurate estimating, timely reconciliation, job closure and minimising write‑offs against set targets. Recognise and flag instances of missed revenue and scope/timing overruns, sharing learnings for continuous improvement. Develop trust‑based relationships with relevant client contacts, crew, suppliers and agency partners. Work collaboratively with all content studio members to produce the best possible work within agreed budgets and timeframes. Support and collaborate with colleagues, offering mentoring and guidance to more junior colleagues. Contribute to and participate in onboarding programs for new hires as required. Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years experience in content production, content marketing or a related field, with deep proficiency across various media (marketing content, photography, integrated communications, post, social, OOH). Demonstrated ability to take a client brief through all stages of content creation, making and optimisation. Exceptional project management skills, including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and client expectation management. Commercial acumen, experience in creating estimates and POs, tracking budgets and maintaining project profitability. Proficiency in coordinating the post‑production pipeline (edit, colour grading, audio, packaging, delivery). Excellent client engagement and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to interrogate needs and manage expectations effectively. Collaborative mindset, experience working with creative, strategy, client delivery and post‑production teams. Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output across all projects. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Proactive, positive and constructive approach to feedback and team collaboration. Interest in staying current with industry trends, insights and innovations in content production. OUR VALUES Honesty: We communicate openly and honestly.
