You'll have the opportunity to take the lead in a talented service delivery team, driving excellence in performance to meet the evolving needs of our business and users.What you’ll do:Cultivate and nurture day-to-day relationships with our service partners, fostering collaboration and driving towards shared objectives.Oversee the end-to-end management of production services, whether provided internally or sourced externally, ensuring alignment with business priorities and expectations.Champion the establishment of robust metrics and performance reporting mechanisms, empowering informed decision-making and ensuring the continuous improvement of service levels.Act as a vital interface between our partners and other key stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and alignment of goals.Monitor user satisfaction closely and collaborate with our delivery team to swiftly address any concerns, ensuring a consistently positive experience.Take charge of planning, estimating, and executing systems work, diligently managing time, budget, and quality targets.What you’ll bring:Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or Business IT or Project Management qualifications, or relevant industry experienceDeep expertise in escalation procedures, incident management, and other facets of service deliveryMastery of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principlesA track record of successfully coordinating multiple teams within a technology environment, demonstrating your ability to drive collaboration and achieve resultsExceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences, including clients, vendors, and senior management.A natural ability to forge new relationships and proactively engage with stakeholders across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.Proven ability to balance concurrent activities.Strong knowledge and experience in software development in an Agile environmentWhat we can offerA range of flexible working and leave options, including 20 weeks paid parental leave, 4 weeks paid secondary carer parental leave and unlimited paid emergency response leaveDiscounts and offers on a range of retail favourite stores as well as banking and insurance productsGive back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leaveInvest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs; andPrioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee councilAt Suncorp, we are committed to building futures and protecting what matters.
