About Us Kingspan Water and Energy Pty Limited continues to beAustralia's market leader in water storage, rainwater harvesting, wastewatertreatment, and portable energy storage solutions. Kingspan manufactures,delivers, and installs custom-made steel rainwater harvesting tanks toresidential, commercial, and rural clients. The Role The successful candidate will focus on generating revenue bydeveloping market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualificationand closing sales. They will also attain sales by identifying, developing andmanaging relationships and business growth with new customers in the builderand merchants' market. Reporting to the State Sales Manager your mainresponsibilities will be: Incollaboration with the State Sales Manager, execute sales strategies tomeet or exceed revenue targets. Identifyand close key new business opportunities. Initiatethe sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentationsand understanding account requirements. Closesales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining product andservice capabilities, overcoming objections and preparing contracts. Conductthorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape andpotential areas of growth. Representthe company at industry events, trade shows and conferences to enhance ourbrand presence and network with potential customers. About You 3 +years sales experience gained in the building, construction ormanufacturing industries. Strongunderstanding of the residential building market in the designatedterritory. Demonstratedability to hunt for new sales opportunities. Skilledat managing complex business relationships. Excellenttime management skills and ability to self-manage your workload. Highlymotivated to achieve OKR targets with a high standard of accountability. Highlyeffective presentation and negotiation skills. Goodknowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365.
