Manage the HSE program and conduct annual HSE inspections. Work with building management, supervisors and contractors to resolve issues in a timely, respectful, collaborative and professional manner. Prepare, manage and update the annual Opex and Capex programme and budgets in conjunction with the client and other team members. Implement and maintain preventative maintenance schedules, risk‑management procedures/compliance and asset management initiatives. Prepare consolidated monthly reports including client service requests, key issues, outcomes of tenancy inspections, project status and project pipeline. Manage the energy‑savings program and maintain accurate data of system set points, timer clocks and equipment usage. Pro‑actively report on potential energy‑efficiency improvements and monitor once implemented. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in a property discipline or trade background (desired). Previous experience in a facilities management role. Good understanding of financials, including budget preparation, portfolio budgeting, reporting requirements, project and service‑related financial management. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels. Logical and analytical thinking, good problem‑solving skills. Working knowledge of the current Health & Safety at Work Act. Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Outlook.
