This key role involves greeting guests, managing reservations and ensuring exceptional service. We need a professional, organized individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have the right attitude and a passion for hospitality, Apply Now A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant: Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible Lean into team work and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required What do we need from you About you: You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters You are great with people, communication and detail and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates You are highly organised and have great computer skills Inherent requirements: This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
